Week 6: Progress... Swiss ball exercises added by my physiotherapist: 1. Swiss Ball Bridge Curl with heels on ball: 2 sets of 10 reps 2. Swiss Ball Single Straight Leg Bridge: 1 set of 15 reps 3. Straight Leg Ball Circles on wall: press your foot into the ball and make circles, then reverse: 10 reps 4. Limbo on Ball with Leg Extn: 10 reps with 5 secs hold 5. Leg Extn with foot on pillow: press knee down and hold for 10 secs. 10 reps 4. Prone Leg Curls with theraband: 10 reps with 10 secs hold 5. Ball Squats only 30 degrees: 15 reps 6.
